ABIDJAN, CÔTE D'IVOIRE
The Triptych is a public artwork celebrating 50 Years of Brutalism (1973–2023) at La Pyramide in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. Executed on home turf and a building of personal childhood memories, the installation honors the visionary architectural legacy of Rinaldo Olivieri and Raymond Aka Adjo by overlaying raw brutalist concrete with large-scale, vivid contemporary art along the building's facade. 6 artists selected to execute the renewal of the building before Pan Africa Cup in 2024.
